New Caney, TX (RV) – Feb. 15-21, 2026

It was special to hold a home dedication for Ms. Brooks on Monday, February 16, 2026, in Cleveland. The entire New Caney RV MDS team attended to celebrate the completion of kitchen and bathroom repairs for her home. We enjoyed refreshments outside on a beautiful sunny day. Ms. Brooks has moved into her new kitchen space, washed her dishes and found places for Long Term Recovery team, as well as her pastor joined in the celebrations. 

The Hayes’ home in Magnolia was a beehive of activity, with the whole team working in one location for the remainder of the week. Posts were installed on the deck for railing support, tub fill spouts were installed, drywall installation was completed, and drywall mudding began. Window boxes were also built for all the windows in the home.  

This coming week, the window boxes will be installed, bathroom door frames re-configured, and drywall mudding and sanding will continue in the Hayes’ home. The team will also begin painting the Renz home in Porter once the mudding and taping is completed there.
