13 Volunteers from Diller Mennonite Congregation in Newville, PA came to Crisfield, MD the week of Feb 25 – March 2nd.

This group of seasoned MDS Volunteers have served together yearly on MDS projects for the past 20 years.

The Heath House’s largest project this week was that they finished shingling the roof on the back of the house before the rain.

At the Morgan House, the volunteers completed finish work and painting.

Work at the Bradley House benefited from an experienced volunteer drywaller from the group who got the entire house ready to be painted and 2 of the rooms were completely painted.

A new project at the Tyler St Church of exterior stairs and railing was completed before the Sunday service, and the pickets will be added next week.

At the Hernandez volunteers leveled sand under the house.

This was the final week of MDS Leadership for Steve Bell (Project Director), Ryan Sprunger (Construction Supervisor) Kathy & Steve Rhodes (Head and Assistance Cooks) and Dee Bell (Office Manager).
