We had a big group of young men from Kentucky that arrived on Sunday evening for orientation very sunburnt from enjoying the beach alittle to much.  They were a fun, friendly group and lots of work got accomplished.

Kitchen cabinets were installed at Kimberly Shavers home.  Finishing touches were done on all the painting.  The boys enjoyed doing a roofing job for Mr. Branham.  He lost his roof in the hurricane.  Our Hardee County MDS RV group which is located an hour north of Arcadia needed some help installing kitchen cabinets so one day a group helped them out.

On Friday evening the long term volunteers went out to eat at a sea food restaurant in Venice to convey our appreciation to Layne Newsanger and Gary Roes for their one month of service in February as crew leaders.   We really enjoyed our time with these two.
