Lahaina, HI – Mar. 29- Apr. 4, 2026

Another wonderful week in beautiful Lahaina, Hawaii is complete. The sun is shining and we have a beautiful cool breeze.

On Tuesday we picked up a new crew Leader, Simon Martin from Alaska, on. The next Project Director, Mitch Kingsley and his wife Ann arrived on Wednesday from Ohio. The next Office Manager, Cindy Sanderson, and her husband Steve, also arrived on Wednesday from Pennsylvania.

The Asuncion House was inspected so insulation could be started. The crew worked hard in order to finish the insulation so the next inspection could be scheduled. As soon as that is completed, drywall can begin. We are continuing to do miscellaneous exterior trim work and painting.

On the faulty contractor work, we returned to the Ross House to do a little more drywall work. We completed the work and the owner signed off the job card. At the other faulty contractor house, we completed the punch list items. This house is ready for the electrician and plumber before final items can be completed.

At the Hoopia House, the drywall passed the inspection so mudding could begin. We completed two coats of mud, sanded as needed and started applying the final skim coat. We finished trimming at the porch posts and beams and started painting exterior trim and doors.
