Perry, FL – Dec. 1-7, 2025 (RV)
This week the crews have been quite busy. We are still working on Annie’s house—walls, floors, ceiling, closets, and more. It’s looking good, and we hope to be finished next week and have a House Blessing before we leave! Work has also been taking place on a few other homes, and we were able to complete two of those projects for the homeowners. These tasks included replacing doors, repairing cracks in the walls, and other small but important repairs. They may have been “small” projects, but they were nonetheless important to the owners.
We also took time over the weekend for a couple of team-building exercises. One of these was visiting Wakulla Springs Park and taking the boat tour. That gave us great views of many local birds, yellow turtles, alligators of all sizes, and several manatees! We also enjoyed a couple of dinners out together, sampling some of the local cuisine. And we even fit in a small-town bazaar in Steinhatchee, where we learned about a man who crafts talismans from local trees. Of course, we had to find our way to his workshop and look over his creations—amazing!
It’s hard to believe we only have one more week and our time here will be over. Where did the time go?
