Eastern KY – March 19-25, 2023

Work was completed at the Roger and Nannie States home this week. A house blessing was held in the barn on their property.

A group of volunteers from Au Gres MI painted, laid flooring, and did finish work in the Burns, Herald and Southwood homes. This group also put in a foundation for Mike and Tammy Back.

Several in the group had connections with members of Turner Creek Mennonite Church. On Wednesday night they were invited to Turner Creek for supper.

A group of three teenagers from southwestern KY was hired to put in a foundation for Saralene Noble.

Next week a group from Heritage Academy will spend their spring break as volunteers here. At the end of the week this site will close.
