Perry, FL (RV) – Dec. 8-12, 2026

Here in Perry, FL we have been blessed with a fantastic team of 12 skilled and motivated volunteers.  There are at least 20 homes approved and funded, so no shortage of work in the coming weeks.

Three projects were started on Monday and one was completed.  Leonard installed a working bathroom in the converted shed/office for the area case workers.  4 of our group removed damaged skirting on a mobile home, and began installing new skirting.  The rest worked on a home with interior damage to three rooms, tearing out drywall, replacing ceiling joists, wall studs, and then hanging new sheetrock, and the mudding was started.

Next week, if the ordered parts come in, the skirting will be finished and the mudding should be ready to paint.  Two new projects will begin Monday installing a large entrance door on a brick home, and making interior water damage repairs to another home.
