Newton, TX (RV) – Jan. 26 – Feb.1, 2026

This week was a shorter week since we did a 5 days last week. We worked at Wilke’s home and made some good progress Tues.-Thurs. Drywall is going up in the living room ceiling and walls and flooring in the bedrooms. The bathroom is getting closer to being finished with the plumbing and will be ready for taping and mudding next week.  

Work is being done despite the cold weather. Every morning started out in the 20’s Brrr!! Temperatures are expected to improve next week. 

Sunday we were welcomed to a Methodist church in Jasper and a fellowship meal of chili and King cake. Fred shared with the congregation the work we were doing in Kirbyville.
