Life over the past few weeks has been a blur! We arrived at camp and hit the ground running. There was so much to do—the camp needed to be set up, walls needed to be built, leadership needed to be organized, grocery shopping needed to be done, beds needed to be set up, etc.  For Roman and myself this was a first-time experience. But we managed to get most of the volunteer facilities up and running the first week before the first volunteers arrived.

During the week of March 20-24, we gutted two homes, continued work at the camp, got the office set up and somewhat organized. Our cooks did a great job of feeding us! And we also had a snow day on March 24, taking the day off from work on homes due to the heavy snowfall.
