Volunteers Needed in U.S. this Fall and Winter

Who doesn’t like to escape winter for a bit and bask in the sun? With MDS, you can feel the warmth not only from the sun but also the warm glow that arises inside your heart as you serve people impacted by natural disasters.

Now that our project in Cape Breton is completed, MDS Canada is turning its gaze south to the U.S. where MDS in the U.S. needs volunteers for projects in Florida, Louisiana and Maryland.

If you are interested in serving in the U.S. this fall and winter as a weekly volunteer, contact Clara Flores at cflores@mds.org. If you would like to serve as a leadership volunteer—someone who serves as a project director, crew leader, office manager or cook—for a month or more, contact Rose Klassen at rklassen@mds.org.
