MDS is monitoring the potential impact of Hurricane Milton
MDS is monitoring the potential impact of Hurricane Milton which is expected to make landfall late Wednesday.
Milton is expected to make landfall along the Western Coast of Florida. The storm rapidly grew from category 1 to category 5 with sustained winds of 160 mph and gusts up to 225 mph. Forecasters expect this powerful storm to hit with life-threatening storm surge, flooding rain and damaging winds as a category 3 hurricane.
What we can do TODAY
- Provide prayer support for the victims in the path of Hurricane Milton.
- Financial support – you can send donations to MDS to support the response we may have in the coming days. MDS only accepts monetary donations.
