What Happened
Straight line winds damaged and destroyed many homes in the Penitas, TX area. Many of these homes are in colonias, which are vulnerable neighborhoods in the rural Rio Grande Valley, Tx.
What MDS Is Doing
MDS work will focus on new builds and repairs from winter storm.
