Perry, FL – Nov 17-21, 2025 (RV)

Ray and Mim Heisey, along with Cindy Lee and Steve (Coalman) Sanderson, arrived a few days early to get acquainted with the area and the jobs that were, and still are, in progress. Ray will be serving as Project Director, and Cindy Lee will be serving as Office Manager for the next four weeks. Because they arrived when they did, they were able to attend the House Blessing for Buster.

On Friday and Saturday, Nov. 14 and 15, they bid goodbye to the previous volunteers and welcomed Steve and Cindy Detwiler, as well as Blaine Monson and Lenka Czikova, to the site. Sunday was a full and encouraging day, beginning with breakfast at Calvary Baptist Church, where full-hookup sites are being provided for the RVers. We then joined the congregation for Sunday School and Worship Service.

Beginning Monday, Nov. 17, everyone served at the homes of Annie, then Mara, and finally Melanie. It was a busy week of repairing walls, floors, ceilings, and bathrooms; removing mold and mildew; and starting a deck.

We are all tired, but grateful to be here and looking forward to what we can accomplish for those affected by the storms in this area.
