What Happened
Severe flooding caused by Hurricane Helene in 2024 has left widespread devastation in Hampton and Elizabethton, with homes, roads, and public spaces damaged. The heavy rains and flooding led to road closures, power outages, and evacuations.
What MDS Is Doing
ACTS work will focus on new builds with some possible repair work as well.
